Manage File brings up wrong file

In the backend, I have one file that when I click “Manage File” it brings up the wrong file. Doesn’t seem to do it with other files. I tried deleting and re-uploading the file. Same problem. Here’s a screen cast: https://youtu.be/FvByQucDd1E.
