• I am very confused by this one. I am running Version 1.5.4.9

When I go to the Manage Database Fields page in the plugin, I only see:

    Participants Database
    Manage Database Fields

    Field Groups:

Nothing is displayed after the colon is visible. All other tabs for the plugin are working properly. I can add a person to the DB. I can use the short code on a page. Settings displays fine.

When I bring up the console I do see these errors:

ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined admin.php:1858
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined admin.php:2138
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined admin.php:2268
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined admin.php:2389
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined admin.php:2506

I have disabled ALL plugins. I have reenabled ONLY participants DB. Nothing seems to resolve the issue.

Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to avoid deleting the plugin and having to start from scratch.

I can’t make any sense of those errors, I’m tempted to say there is something wrong with your WP install. Have you tried changing to a default theme?

    Tried that…

So I began to play around with it a bit last night and it looks like the formatting of that page has become goofed up.

When I double click on the page (Highlight the page). I see what appear to be white writing on a white background with all the boxes in white. The formatting looks goofy also with lots of space between things (normally the page fits on a single page) but now it scrolls down three or four pages.

You can reinstall the plugin without losing your settings if you deactivate it, then manually delete it from the plugins directory. The database will remain intact, then then when you reinstall the plugin will use it and not try to create a fresh one.

Of course, keep a backup of your DB just in case.

However, I don’t see any evidence the plugin is the problem. Are there any other errors in the network console when you try to load the page?

No other page or plug-ins are having issue.

I tried deleting the plugin as you suggested. No luck

Any thing you suggest short of reinstalling WP

No need to reinstall WP, no evidence that’s the problem so far.

If you could take a look at the network console while trying to load the manage database fields page, and report any errors you see, that would help a lot.
