“Manage Consent” button is showing a serialised array

    Instead of the string “Manage Consent”, I’m seeing a serialised array:

    a:2:{s:4:"text";s:14:"Manage consent";s:4:"show";i:1;}

    Any ideas what is going on here?

    Hello @gaillimh,

    Are you able to change this Manage Consent text under Complianz > Cookie Banner, and does your change persist after you save the settings, or does it revert to this serialized array?

    If it does seem to get reverted upon saving, do you happen to receive any database errors? That would point us towards the expected cause of the issue.

    Hi,
    I had the same problem I went to Manage Consent text under Complianz > Cookie Banner and there was under Text on the manage consent tab text: a:2:{s:4:”text”;s:14:”Manage consent”;s:4:”show”;i:1;} so I changed to Manage Consent and it did a trick and now it’s ok.
