    Hello WordPress Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue with the Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent plugin on my WordPress website, and I’m hoping to get some guidance from fellow users who might have encountered a similar problem.

The issue I’m experiencing is related to the appearance of the “Manage Consent” button on certain pages of my website. Strangely, on some pages, this button appears as expected, while on others, it does not appear at all. I’ve thoroughly reviewed the plugin settings, but I cannot seem to determine the root cause of this inconsistency.

    Examples:

    https://orangechickadeeshop.com/product-category/man/t-shirts/ – button present

    https://orangechickadeeshop.com/product-category/home-living/mug/ – button not present

I have configured the Complianz plugin to provide users with the option to manage their consent, as I believe this is essential for compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations. However, I’m puzzled as to why it’s not consistently appearing across all pages.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has expertise with the Complianz plugin, I would greatly appreciate any insights or guidance you can provide to help me resolve this matter. Your assistance would be invaluable in ensuring that my website remains compliant and user-friendly.

    Hi @dropzop76,

It looks like the behavior is instantly corrected by appending ?nocache behind the URL of the affected page (example: https://orangechickadeeshop.com/product-category/home-living/mug/?nocache).

Therefore, my suspicion is that your caching/optimization plugin(s) is related to this behavior. I’d recommend to start by purging the cache in those tools, which may already resolve it.

If not, I recommend narrowing it down to a specific optimization in these tools. Disable them one-by-one until the problem is resolved, after which you will know that the feature you disabled is very likely to have been related.

Hope this helps! Kind regards, Jarno
