Manage cache & Loco Translate

  • If I change a field e.g. the title or the description in manage cache will my input be permanent or I’m going to loose it after a cache refresh?
    Does cache refresh automatically and whith what frequency?
    For example the rating of a movie gets updated or it remains the same as the moment that cache created?

    One more question please…
    I tried with Loco Translate plugin to change – translate some values bot i got a message that the plugin does not have template for translations.
    Does the plugin support traslations with Loco Translate plugin?

    First, cache is permanent. If you want to pull a change over imdb, simply delete the cache of that title. When you refresh the post page, Plugin pulls the latest information about the movie via imdb and adds a new cache. If you wish on that cache, you can make changes again.
    Secondly, this plugin does not support the Loco traslate plugin. But I am currently working on the 5.0 version of the plugin. A lot of additional features will be added in the new update. This includes the translation feature.
