    Dear all,

    I’am a new user of XCloner and I use it to backup my WP blog, with Koofr as remote storage.

    I have no problem to upload manually or automatically the backup files to Koofr but it is impossible to see my files stored at Koofr when I select “Change to remote storage” and then “WebDAV” in the Manage Backups tab. The message “Loading” only appears, even after 30 minutes.

    When I go to my Koofr dashboard, I can see that the AP password has been used (ie “Last used: 2 minutes ago”).

    Do you have any explanation?

  • Hi Nicolas, are you able to test another remote storage option to see if you have the same issue?

    I would suggest to also check the XCloner logger from it’s dashboard to see if you spot any issues

    thank you for your quick reply.

    My previous solution was pCloner + a premium backup plugin + WebDAV and it was working. So I tested today XCloner + pCloud + WebDAV.

    The install test was successful in the tab “Remote Storage Settings”. But I was unable to upload my backup file at the end of the first backup (tab “Generate backups”). So I did not test the Manage Backups tab.

    So I come back to Koofr + XCloner + WebDAV and it was possible to upload backup files but I had the same problem with the Manage Backups tab. At each time, the log file of the XCloner Debugger seems stopped to the following rows:

    [2020-04-27 17:58:12] xcloner_remote_storage.INFO: Checking validity of the remote storage WEBDAV filesystem [] []
    [2020-04-27 17:58:12] xcloner_remote_storage.INFO: Creating the WEBDAV remote storage connection [“”] []
    [2020-04-27 17:58:30] xcloner_file_system.INFO: Cleaning the backup storage on matching rules [] []

    I hope that I am clear and I do not know if other users have the same problem or use XCloner + WedDAV without any problem. Because, except that problem, the plugin is awesome.

    It should have this issue sorted.
