Manage attendees list from mobile phone

Hi
Last year we had the pro-version for booking groups at our art centre. The guides logged in back-end, got to the event, clicked on bookings user-friendly view and printed the list.
BUT often the needed the list when they where off the laptop and only had their mobile phone. It is NOT realistic to expect users to log in on a phone since layout is horrifying!

Is there a way to solve this?
A special app for booking management?
Auto sending booking lists to manager (event owner?)?
