Manage appointments without wordpress admin account

    I need to delegate rights to one service staff to manage all appointments (approve/ cancel/ delete appointments) for all staffs. Besides, the service management staff does not know much about web development to work in Workpress admin dashboard site. So that I need to just allow the management staff to access the calendar and manage appointments of BookIt only, not other functions of Workpress admin dashboard. Can I allow the staff to manage appointments directly on Google Calendar, or can we have an option to add a WP user to just work with BookIt features?

    You can provide WordPress dashboard access to the needed user. You can set user role for this user directly under the WordPress dashboard -> users section
