Manage access of articles / pages by blocks

Is it possible for certain portions of an article to be visible only to those who have the rights ?

A few more details:

I have to make a blog that is intended for several groups of visitors. Whenever I have to write an episode, rather than making multiple versions of the same article / page, I would like to make one as complete as possible. Then in each article / page define certain paragraphs with access rights. Thus groups with all rights would have access to the totality of each article. Groups with restricted rights would not see photos for example, or just reduced versions. Finally, other groups with even more restricted rights would only see part of the article. He would see the paragraphs for which I gave access and would not see those that require more rights.

To define groups with rights, I have already targeted some plugins that might be suitable.: User Role Editor for example

But are there plugins that get what I describe by targeting the rights at the block level of each article?
