Hello, so I have been trying to develop a WordPress site locally using MAMP. For some reason, my local host only shows my local site. I do not know how to edit my site locally.

    Howdy!

Are you asking about what files to edit or editing the content?

No. So every time, I log into my MAMP server, I am no longer able to edit my WordPress site locally. I have attached some screenshots to better illustrate the issue in the following link: https://www.justbeamit.com/iu4i9

I am thinking of just doing it all over again but I really do not want to lose all my progress.

This is part of the reason I was asking if you are trying to edit the files or the actual content of the site because in the admin area you can also edit files. It almost sounds like the local server may not be working, like the processes are not running. I haven’t used MAMP in a long time so I’m not too familiar with it.
