    Hi,

    I installed and setup your plugin and it is working fine. However, I chose to do a standard scan yesterday, and since it was taking a lot of time to calculate the Time remaining, I decided to Stop the scanning.

    It has been since 24 hours now, but it still shows the below:
    Scan in progress. It may take some time…
    Time Remaining = Calculating…
    Files Remaining = 10969

    The Stop scanning button is still disabled and I cannot initiate another scan since those buttons are disabled as well. Please help!

    Can you please let me know if you have any caching plugins installed on your website? It seems like the process is killed at the backend but due to the caching, the buttons seem disabled.

    Also, our developer can go on a screen share meeting to debug the issue for you. Can you please raise a support ticket from the plugin or reach out to us from our website for the call?

    Hi,

    I have a caching plugin installed. But I have cleared the cache multiple times since this occurred. Even this this issue did not resolve

    Usually clearing the cache resolves the issue. Can you please confirm if you have caching enabled at the server level? If not, this could be a site-specific issue.
