    Whenever I run a Malware Scan it times out during the “counting files” phase. It stays at 0%.

    I have done a total deactivation and re-activation and that did not help.

    Hello.
    Could you open the web browser console (F12 key) during scanning and take a screenshot for us? There could be errors that might explain what the problem is.
    You could open a ticket in our private support system (https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open) and send a screenshot there. This way, your personal data will be safe.
