This is occuring on every site I administer.
I do the Malware Scan and as it is working it throws me out of the admin area and into a page “(website)/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sucuriscan_scanner”.

The browser back button takes me back into the admin area “(website)/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sucuriscan_scanner#sitecheck-results”, and the scan is clean, but this throwing into a page is concerning.

  • Maybe I am not understanding the description of the issue correctly, but that is the intended behavior as far as I know. The form submission that triggers the execution of the malware scanner is directed to that URL with the “page” parameter equal to “sucuriscan_scanner”, same thing applies for the test after the numeral symbol. Note that the result of the scan is cached for thirty minutes to reduce the bandwidth consumption, you can also reset the cache from the “Scanner Settings” panel located in the plugin’ settings page.

Can you elaborate more about the issue? I did not understand very well.
