I can not speak English, so I will speak through Google translation.

Currently all plugins are the latest version.

Wordfence – Scan – START NEW SCAN

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1052672 bytes) in

    …/wordfence/lib/wordfenceScanner.php on line 315

How can we solve this problem?

    There is no programming expertise.

    Hi @tommytail

This means that your hosting provider has set a limit of using 256 megabytes of server RAM memory to run PHP processes.

The combination of running WordPress, your theme, your plugins and Wordfence scan has lead to this memory limit being exceeded.

We recommend that your server is running a branch of PHP 7 as it has much better memory performance compared to a branch of PHP 5. Your hosting provider can advise you about upgrading the version of PHP that the server is running.

If you have the Query Monitor plugin installed then deactivating that plugin will likely prevent this error.

You may have to provide the error to your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP memory_limit.

    Thank you.
