Malware scan

    I ran several malware scan. After the scan beneath the Sucuri Security dashboard it shows nothing but an empty grey box. No results are displayed. The Youtube demo video shows results posted in box below the dashboard tabs, but I’m not seeing any results for the scan on my site. Should I be?

  • Thanks for the report. To be fair, the videos you mention are outdated, I will pass this to our marketing team so they can prepare new videos with the new interface.

    As for the error that displays only an empty grey box, I will investigate that. I will update this ticket when I have a solution for the problem.

    Well, I just tested and it’s working now and displaying results. The only issue now is that there is a green button displayed next to the problem and that button says “Clean”, but when I click on it nothing happens. I am supposed to be able to clean the site by clicking on the green button?

    Oh that is not a button, it is just a label indicating the result of the scan for that specific component. I will talk with one of our designers to change the styling of that label so people don’t confuse it with a button.
