Malware on my blog

Hello,

It’s been couple of months I didnt touch my website but I recently got back on it.

I noticed that randomly some pop-up about a malware named “mol16biz” showed up…

and then the pop-up : https://www.casimages.com/i/200909082749705122.png (image)

Basicaly it forces the visitors to click on “accepting” the notifications. It’s a kind of malware I guess…

How do I know where it comes from ? and how to fix it ?

edit : I think it’s a redirection not a pop-up actualy.
