Hi @franks123 These files are designed to serve as a caching mechanism so that we don’t have to query the WordPress database on every page reload — we do have a small PHP code snippet designed to prevent disclosing that private information in case someone tries to see that file from the browser.

Hi @sucuri1, so these are not malware files. Hosting support is saying that there will no php files in uploads directory but sucuri plugin has php files in uploads directory. Please suggest me what reply should I need to send hosting support.

@franks123 provided that you have php execution disabled within?./wp-content/uploads?(which is part of the hardening feature of the plugin) then these shouldn’t introduce any risk.
