Malware detected

Hi.

Malware has been detected here: https://greenplanetbeauty.co.uk/?p=19800 after doing the scan. And when I went to https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/greenplanetbeauty.co.uk it says that my site has been hacked and this is the code:

I have now deleted the page, which was a blog post I created. Should I be worried that my site has been hacked? Many thanks fo ryou help.
