    Hello, @cleansupport.

    Please, deactivate and activate the plugin again:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate again

    It should help.

    Also, tell us these details:
    1. Your PHP version.
    2. Your WordPress version.
    3. The CleanTalk plugin version.
