Malicous Files keeps coming back After delete

Hello
I have a website where the malware scan of the hosting company found some malware files. I have deleted them but they keeps generated after delete. I have used some nulled plugin and themes. How can I stop them from generating? Is there any way? i dont want to buy any theme and plugin ..because it is budget issue. Most of the files named “.class-wp-cache.php”
