Please remain calm and carefully follow this guide.

When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

So I realize, not even checked the links I put that passing the erased (edited) also, I think they have no idea what’s going on because they send me where long ago and went and made all the steps that say you should do, I tell you, have found nothing malicious files, however appears link that activates a pop-up advertising, presumably someone clicks somewhere on my blog and appears that window. Please someone who has something happened and tell me how to remove these popups ??????????

Please someone who knows wordpress and send me not read what is already known for many years.

    Thanks for your attention

I’m sorry, I just don’t think anyone is going to be able to offer you a simple magic solution. You’ve been hacked. You have to clean up the mess but also fix whatever vulnerabilities led to the hack. Could be you did everything right and the vulnerability is with your host. My approach, assuming you have a clean backup, would be to delete everything and restore the clean backup from scratch. Then, I would follow the already known for many years security measures. If the hack recurs I would try switching hosts.

We ask you to read what is known for many years because it works. Nothing has occurred in the ensuing years to change this, it still works. If you choose to not make the effort to follow this advice, that is your prerogative, but there is little else we can do to help you.

There is one other thing you can do — hire someone to cleanup your site for you. There are plenty of options. Do some research and chose carefully to increase your chances of a satisfactory experience.

As I said, they do not even have bothered to study or see the links open pop-up pages because someone took my first comment, on the other hand, and did everything they told me some months ago, but it seems that somewhere is something hidden that is not coming out all the time as a sign of a hack, if not once suddenly, that’s why I think it is something else and that’s what I have no idea and neither do I.. That if that pop out all the time, I think if it would be an attack of a hack, because neither plugins to detect malicious files detected, then what is ???????? What happens is that they have no idea what it is and just want to do something and I did, why, someone who knows what you can do ????

Yes, a moderator removed your links from your original post because we do not allow such spammy links in these forums. You don’t want them on your site, why would we want them?? It doesn’t matter what links they were anyway, you don’t want them and you didn’t put them there. That is all we need to know.

It is possible for such pop ups to appear due to your browser being infected and not your site at all. If that were the case, you should see similar behavior on other sites, not just yours. And if you accessed your site from a different browser or device, the pop ups would not appear. If they appear with different browsers and devices, your site has definitely been hacked.

The ability for plugins to detect malicious code is not perfect, they have trouble detecting new or unusual infections. From everything you’ve said, you’ve been hacked, we don’t need a plugin or the actual links to determine that. The most reliable way to clean out the infection remains wiping everything off of your server space, including all database data as well. Then restore from a known clean backup.

You are right, something is hidden somewhere that allows reinfection — a “back door”. These can be very difficult to locate and eliminate, except by wiping everything. Anything short of wiping everything greatly increases the chance that something was missed and reinfection will occur.
