malicious code in /about.php

    Hi guys, i had a lot of issues today with my website. Now after a quick scan WP-Cerber says in the “Unattended files” that there is a Malicious code in the “/about.php” that is:

    Line 1: gzinflate
    Line 1: base64_decode
    Line 1: eval

    Can you tell me is this is “normal” or if this is a real problem?
