Malfunctioning Customizing Panel

    For some reason I fail to understand, whenever I try to customize my website’s appearance, I will try to click on anything in the customization panel, the section will become highlighted, but the menu won’t expand into the drop down and I can’t edit anything. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

  • Have you tried deactivating all of your plugins to see if any are causing that to happen?

    If that doesn’t fix it, try leaving them off and switching to twentyfourteen theme to see if it’s a theme issue.

    If so, you will need to go to the developer of your theme for help – as we have no way to support commercial themes here –

    WPyogi you were right! One of my plugins was causing the issue, I deleted it and everything seems to be working fine! thank you so much
