making the text of blog post appear

  • I have blog central template.Is it possible to make the text, or least the first few lines of them show up on my home screen. Now just the title of the post show up. My site is: learnlivethrive.com. Also what is that small box that appears next to the title of my blog posts.

    Go to the theme options page, navigate to the Posts tab -> Posts Listing Pages, scroll down to the post data section, make sure the ‘Show Content’ option is checked. The small box is the post format icon, to disable this, navigate to the same page at the bottom and uncheck the ‘Display post format icon’ option.
