Making the most of WordPress

  • Hey there. I don’t normally post about my projects but this is one I’m quite proud of. This minimalist site is fully featured and includes a blog, many pages and a fully-functional online store using the wp e-commerce plugin (albeit with quite a bit of tweaking).

    I’d love to hear your comments and opinions and, most importantly, any bugs or issues you’ve discovered as the site was only launched 16 hours ago.

  • Really nice. Clean, simple and elegant- so it suits this fashion label well. Not too cluttered with unnecessary add-ons so it strikes the right balance and lets you focus on the content. Good use of imagery on the front aswell.

    I’ve looked through it all and have not found any bugs although the google search brings up the following which you should take a look at;

    Thanks for the response. Glad you like it and it seems to work for you.

    With regards to the google search result – I had a javascript powered countdown page just before launch and google indexed it.

    I’ve added a meta description to the new site so Google will hopefully adjust its listing to suit.

    Seem to be getting a good Google ranking at the moment.
