Making sure the message shows in IE8

Hey there,
I have installed your plugin to better serve come of the visitors that are using IE8. I’m not sure if the message shows up in IE8 unfortunately. I tried out with browserstack and it actually shows even in the screenshot but not on IE8. How do you make sure the message shows up?
