Making Space for a static header

  • hello all, this is my last option here as ive tried to sus this myself.

    I have a wp theme installed, above my menu across the top is a space for your phone number, this space is editable via the theme options. I however have a full width banner image containing all the contact details and would like to add that to the space. I am not very well versed in the coding but have a basic grasp, could anyone tell me what file i need to be looing at to add the image.
