Making some basic changes to your Theme

Hi:

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read my request.
I have been using Counter Theme for my website and I love it, however there are a few things that are bothering me and I would like to change them.

1. The logo area on top of the menu. How can this be reduced or eliminated?
2. It is possible to remove the navigation arrows back and forth between the posts? I have created categories and for some reason the posts get all mixed up and when using the navigation arrows you will end up moving from the Blog Category to the Travel Journal Category. It will be nice to get rid of them.
3. The pages seem to be very narrow, there is a lot of space left and right on the page. Is it possible to reduce that space? I have used the Fullwidth Template but it removes the sidebar. It there a trick to keep the sidebar when using the Fullwidth Template?
