• Hi,

I am new to editing themes so I greatly appreciate your insight. I just started customizing a Twenty Twelve child theme, and I was having issues uploading my logo AS the site title. It keeps going below the page navigation and to be honest the light grey line around the logo is also something I cannot seem to avoid.

    Here is a link: https://www.brandifox.net

    Thank you,
    Brandi Fox

  • Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

I tried again after downloading firebug and, unfortunately, I am still having issues.

For Twentytwelve, it’s by design that Header Image is located below the nav bar. So you’d better not to use Header Image for logo.

Of course, you could edit header.php in child theme, but if the template will be edited anyway, you could just go there and put in <img> tag.

The less code way is to use CSS background image.
