Making site live – HEADACHE!

Hi all, I have been trying all night to make my site live without luck.
My site is located in a directory https://www.clearnorth.co.uk/Wordpress and I want to move it to https://www.clearnorth.co.uk.

The site can be seen here.

I followed the tutorial here but when I finish everything, the page just goes to a white page!

Can anyone suggest where I might be going wrong?
