Making shortcodes without using Add Document botton

Hi,
Since I am making the content for my blog post using my script ( and past it in WP edit blog ) I am creating the short code for embedding automatically without using “Add Document” button. In the front end the I see “No preview available” and also download link is not working. So although my script makes exact same shortcode as when i use the button “Add Document” to make shortcode, the scriptcode is not functional. Is there any solution for this?

I have more than 10 files to embed thats the reason I am using script to make shortcodes for all the file..
