Making Post Sticky

  • I have a blog that I want a single post to remain the #1 post. I have set it as sticky but it will not stay there. Now, when I change it to sticky, it does not even go to the top.

    Any plugin to help with this or maybe I am doing something wrong.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
