Making picture parallel with text.

Want to start by saying this plugin is BY FAR the easiest and most functional twitter plugin I’ve used. I really enjoy using it, so thanks.
I have a slight problem with the way I’ve chosen to use the plugin. I’m using it in a pretty narrow column and thus the text wrapping is leading to some funky alignment issues. I was wondering if there was any way to get the twitter profiles to be aligned with the date and twitter handle information. I used Photoshop to make a mockup of what I would like and I was wondering if I could get any help on achieving this.
On the left is how my newsfeed looks now, on the right is how I’d ideally want it to look.
