Making Photos a Link

I am looking to make the 3 photos loaded at https://www.coloradogreenworks.com on the front page titled “construction” “deconstruction” and “about us” a link to a webpage.
The theme is Tonic and they claim the images aren’t meant to be links? How do I change this?
