    Hi All,

I’ve started to design my own theme: https://scott.ewarena.com/blog

I would like the index page to look as it does at the moment (i.e. you can see that if you click the call to action, you’re sent down to a box that just says “content”) – I want to do a lot of different stuff on this page.

On the other pages, such as About and Sample Page I want the site to look exactly the same, but display the content of “about” or “sample page” and then just the footer.

    i.e.
index: show whatever I code manually

all other pages: display the header.php file, then the page content, then footer.php.

For some reason, I can’t get my head around that at all, lol.

    Can someone help?

    Thanks!
    Scott
