Making page navigation plugin

    I was going to try and put something together to show all the pages (not posts) that I’ve created. I wanted to take one of the slick tabbed horizontal navigation bars out there and integrate that into WP pages. I’d imagine I’d start out with:

      <?php wp_list_pages('title_li='); ?>

    and then style it to look cool.
    Anyone have any examples out there they’ve seen or used for page navigation using WP?
