Making my own widgets in posts

Hi,

I’m creating new “widgets” that I’d like to use in posts along with other people. For example: a tip widget would have the text within a yellow box and a light bulb as a background image.

Is it available in WordPress? and how can I do this so my non-tech-savvy friends use it in the WYSIWYG editor?
