• Hi guys, im using the default (kubrick) theme on my blog, but i’ve replaced the “kubricheader.jpg” with my own header. Now i’ve turned off the text that is put over the header in the theme options because obviously it didn’t work with my header, BUT that was the link which meant on every page you could click it to go back home… So how can I know make just clicking the banner on any page take you back to the home?

    Thanks ??

I went into the Theme Editor again and the header.php file where I found the bit about uploading your own image called personalheader.jpg, but when I tried that it didn’t do anything, so instead I replaced the kubrickheader.jpg with my own one but lost the way it links to the homepage.

    I also found this bit of code “#header { background: url(“<?php bloginfo(‘stylesheet_directory’); ?>/images/kubrickheader.jpg”) no-repeat bottom center; }”

And maybe thats where I need to make it link?

OK – go back and put it all as it was. All you need do is name your image “kubrickheader.jpg” and upload it over the old one or rename the old one in case you want it again.

Now go into admin -> Options -> General
What you put here is what is linked to in header.
    Better?

BE CAREFUL!! Don’t mess around with the “wordpress adress” in these General Options or you won’t be able to admin your own blog before repairing the tables.
    Nobody warns you about that…
