Making Mass Checking Work

Is there anyway to make mass checking work (screenshot example):
with your plugin. When I AJAX search, then the mass checkbox at the top stops working.
I’m okay with trying to fix the bug (though I am new to all of this), just thought I’d ask for some direction first?
