Making Feature Image Larger (tried size="900" size_format="px" )

Hello all!
I’ve had no issue with most of my page using the woo features widget and believe me – it’s been amazing!!! But I’m suddenly stuck! I want ONE image to fill in the space at the bottom of the page but it just won’t go any bigger than it is now. I’ve tried adding:
size=”900″ size_format=”px”
to the shortcode but no luck. Any suggestions?
