Making different style for recent posts

  • Hello,

    I need to know how can I make recent posts with different style?

    I want to my 4 first posts just shows as thumbnail links and posts number 5 image with content, image 6 again just thumbnail and post 7 just like post 5 and so on…

    This image says what exactly I’m looking for.

    Is this possible? and if yes how?
