Making comments display under the posts

  • I have three blogs in WP with three different themes. I want to change all of them so that posted comments display under the original post, withou having to click on the comment link.

    At this point I have very few comments, but I guess I’d also like some sort of control that limits the number of comments [for each thread] that display this way.
