Making Column Area a Link?

Hi there!

Is it possible to make an entire column link to something (ex. another page on my site)? I’m specifically working on this page: https://coplacdigital.org/resources/wp-tutorials/. I’m using the Icon module, but I wanted the text to appear below the icon rather than beside it, so I used a Text module beneath it. However, since they’re two different modules, I had to make them each a hyperlink. I would LOVE if the entire column (icon, text, even the gray column background) could singularly link to a page, like somehow they are interpreted as one item together.

Would this be possible? (Or am I missing an easy way to make Icon text appear below the icon?)
