Making BulletProof Security Work with WPSC

When I go to WPSC mod_rewrite, my pages don’t match. How do I place WPSC .htaccess code in my root .htaccess file? What Code do I place there and where in the .htaccess file do I place such a code?
My BulletProof Security Plugin needs me to do these changes…but I have no real clue as to how.
Please Help!!!
