Making a small plugin

Hi ,

I just want to make a new plugin very simple one..

but no idea how to do that ..

i have checked the wordpress plugin help pages but a bit confused as i am not an php or java programmer…

i expalin it clearly..

i want to make a plugin which displays a image and when clicked it will take to a page ..thats it

for ex :

i want to put digg logo image and when clicked it shld go https://digg.com

can u please reply with the code …Thanks in advance..

i am making this plugin for my own use..and will bring it to all after some mods…
