Making a Nav for a One Page Scrolling Theme

  • Hi, I’ve installed a theme on my site called Ability. (View it here: Ability)

    My problem is I can’t utilize the scrolling feature on the theme’s home page. When making the menu, I have an issue where each menu item goes to the actual page, and doesn’t scroll to its section on the home page.

    Any help in regards to getting the scroll to work would be appreciated!

  • I’m not familiar with how this theme works, but maybe the menus need to be setup differently in order to use the scrolling feature. I’d check the theme instructions, or contact the author.

    To start with check any instructions that came with the theme.

    If you have done any modifications of the theme then double check there are no errors in there. Any jQuery errors will likely cause the AJAX to stop working, which would send you to the actual page rather than loading it within the homepage.
