Making a copy of WP on same server and using same database

Hi!

I would need to make a copy of my current WordPress site in same server and using the same database as the current one.

The main and probably the only problem is how I am able to change the table prefix so the copy have different prefix than the first one?

Idea of the whole thing is to make a different language version of the site. So I first would like to copy the current page and then use the copy as a base to built the different language version. In the long run there will be some differences between versions so I want to do it on that way and keep the language versions totally independent sites.
