    Hi,

My site and theme has tags that do not work when the plugin The Evente Calendar is active. Disabling the plugin tags work correctly and found and display posts with the tag i clicked. The theme is “Neptune by Osetin”. My website: https://www.chefevegano.com.br
Has a TAG widget on the right of the homepage below. You can click on TOFU tag and see that it brings the post related to this tag.

    Hi there! ??

The plugin uses the built-in Post Tags taxonomy. Therefore, when you visit the Post Tags taxonomy on your site, the Events assigned to that tag are showing up.

When you say the tags do not work, what do you mean by this? Do you get any errors? Let us know.

    Best!
    Victor

    Hi, Victor

My site has a widget that shows the words I’ve highlighted as Tags in my posts and appear in this widget in the right part underneath the site. By clicking on a word / tag it shows the posts that contain that tag. When I activate the plugin it gives that it does not find any post with the tag. When I disable the plugin, when clicking on the tag it shows the posts that contain that tag.
There must be a problem of incompatibility between the plugin of yours and the theme for the theme also uses tags that are shown and lead to the posts when clicked.

Can i disable the Events Tags?

    Hi @chefevegano,

Thanks for taking the time to follow up with some more information here! It does sound like a conflict between your tag plugin and The Events Calendar is the likely culprit here. Have you tried to reach out to the folks behind the plugin to see if they have any suggestions to offer? Maybe they are already aware of this and have a workaround or are preparing a fix. We’d love to be able to support you directly, but the plugin author will be your best bet since they are much more familiar with their code than we are.

Best of luck in reaching out to the plugin developer, and let us know what you’re able to find out!
