    I have found this plugin to be invaluable when troubleshooting problems with WordPress users of all types.

    Once the user opens its admin page, it brings in a ton of system details (WordPress version, plugins activated, memory limit, PHP version, and a ton more) and allows the user to either email the report or make it available via a public URL.

    No more asking 20 questions about a user’s configuration only to suddenly remember that you forgot to ask 10 more. This plugin does it all for you, so you can worry less about the setup and more about the troubleshooting you wanted to do in the first place.
