Fantastic Plugin Works Great

  • Took me a little bit of working out the procedure as im new to wordpress, But the support i got from the plugin author was fantastic and i was able to get this plugin working and i must say its a great add-on to my site, It works like a dream and im very happy i installed it.

    on my product page also the home page as its set to products.

    in the admin > woocommerce settings, change the sort order to “Default Sorting (custom + name)”

    let me know if that fixes?

    There is no such thing as “Default Sorting” in woocommerce settings. there is only a default sort ordering in “Products>Attributes>Default sort order” and its set to Custom ordering. i can also see in my products edit page that the menu order numbers changed, but its made no different to the ordering when the page is loaded.

    Ah sorry, Woocommerce moved that setting inside Theme Customizer in latest version.
    Please check it here
    WP Admin > Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Catalog > Default product sorting

    Change it to “Default sorting (custom ordering + name)

    I am sure it will fix the issue.
